Keyholding Management Services

Calpe Keyholding & Pool Cleaning Services offer everything from a basic keyholding service through to regular visits and a meet & greet service. There are different prices depending on the service required plus additional services can be added.

Basic Keyholding Service

If you are just looking for a simple key holding service we can offer this for just €10 per month based on a 6 or 12 month contract.

Monthly Property Check Service

This service includes the keyholding service as above but also includes a monthly visual check of the inside & outside of the property to ensure everything is as it should be. Electrics and plumbing will be checked to ensure they are working correctly. The cost for this service is €20 per month based on a 6 or 12 month contract.

Weekly Property Check Service

This service is the same as the monthly property check but carried out on a weekly basis. The cost for this service is €40 per month based on a 6 or 12 month contract.

Meet & Greet Service

We can arrange to meet your guests at the property, hand over the keys & show them around the property & the facilities. The cost for this service is €20 (9:00 - 20:00). Out of normal hours is an additional €10.
